Made by ancient old sicilian grain ‘Perciasacchi’, Sicily citrus’ fruits, sumac berry and pink pepper.
Amber-colored beer characterized by a bitter taste and by the typical smell from Sicily’s citrus fruits, from sumac berries and pink pepper.
Optimum for aperitivies but also for whole meals. It prefers strong tastes dishes, from sicilian street food such as bread and panelle, “stigghiola”, bread with milza, but also very tasty first courses such as pasta “al forno”, or pasta with anchovies.
