“Vero salt” is an artisanal sea salt which is harvested by hand in the Culcasi salt pans inside the oriented natural reserve of Trapani and Paceco, which is a WWF area.

SALE VERO fine grind salt is recommended for salting pasta water and also for dressing salads, first and second courses.

This salt comes from the natural evaporation of the sea water.
The unrefined coarse salt does not undergo any type of industrial processing and therefore it is absolutely free of anti-caking agents.
At the end it is grinded and packed without anti-agglomerant additivies.
