Organic apple vinegar – Bonanno – 500 ml

Excellent cider can be made by fermenting carefully selected organic apples (used whole) to produce in turn cider vinegar, in which all the wholesome goodness of the original fruit has been maintained. Cider vinegar is extremely versatile and in the kitchen it can add a touch of lightness and digestibility to every dish.

Used in wholesome gourmet cooking, cider vinegar is particularly suitable for giving zest to any dish, intensifying some flavours without overpowering others. It contains phosphorous, chlorine, magnesium, calcium, sulphur, iron, fluoride, silicon and traces of many other minerals, as well as vitamins E and C.
