Basil and Almonds Pesto – Valdibella – 140 gr

Valdibella, a sustainable project in which all the resources both humans and natural find their realization.

The company was born in 1998 in a strong agricultural and rural advocated territory, Camporeale (between Alcamo and Palermo), joining the salesian community Itaca, which it is interested in welcoming young people with social disadvantage and promoting, through the Jonathan project, their entry inside the world of work.

Since the beginning the cooperative has tryied to give back dignity to the farmers, promoting concrete actions against the commercial and lavorative exploitation adopting those methods of the biological agriculture which aim to the biodiversity and to the native farmings.

Since the beginning they have understood the importance of the union between different farmers, alone everyone would have done not much, or nothing.
They say that if today they produce wine, grain and pasta, almonds and oil, vegetables and legumes, it is only because inside the cooperative there are women and men that can overcome their individuality to join a commune project.
