In the hearth of Sicily there is harvested in ancient and precious legume: black lentil of Monreale.
This product, carachterized by a dark color, with a round and very small shape and a rich and intense flavor, is a rare variety which contains the agricultural tradition and the biodiversity of an unique territory.
Their skin is particularly subtle, which make them easily digestible and quick to cook, maintaining at the same time a pleasant crispy consistency.

Cooking time: 30 minutes from boiling.
