The chili pepper sweet cream is the right combo between “Sweet and Spicy”
Try it with a mixed cheese board, such as fresh or smoky ricotta, robiola or more creamier cheeses and the smooth soft dough ones which partly calm down the spicyness without taking out the taste; ore choose seasoned cheeses such as pecorino, adapt for the bravest one, who love decise flavors.
It’s also excellent over pork meat and over roasted sausages in the place of ketchup or barbecue sauce.
