Porter style dark colored beer, smooth and well made.
Inspired from the typical Christmassy baked good of palermitan parties, the Buccellato. Beer is flavored with ingredients used to stuff it, as such of chocolate, honey, dry raisin, candid oranges. The high alcoholic gradation helps the digestion, therefore it’s perfect for an after meal or to match with a dessert, better if it’s a “Buccellato”.
