For this pesto we have used sweet red peppers to which we have added both roasted almonds and almond cream and at the end some hot chilly peppers to give it a slight spicy touch.
The result is a pesto which is able to maintain a strong taste but at the same time sweet and soft.
Ideal for dressing pasta, but also to accompany bruschette or tarts. It’s also ideal with aged cheese.

About 40,5% of Sweet peppers, Extra virgin olive oil, Lemon juice, Peeled toasted almonds, Double concentrated tomato paste, Onion, almond cream, Salt, Hot pepper seasoning (hot pepper, lemon juice), Oregano.
