Typical of western Sicily, this pesto has all the smells of summer.
The raw tomato, the toasted al salted almonds, the aromatic herbs such as basil, a pinch of garlic and of course the extra vergin olive oil, are the fundamental elements for a good trapanese pesto. This is enriched by the almond cream and by a little bit of mint to reach a round and well balanced taste.
Ideal to garnish pasta, especially busiate according to the tradition, but also to join the just toasted bread.

About 63% of tomatos, Extra vergin olive oil, About 5, 9% of toasted and salted almonds, Tomato concentrate, Garlic, Basil, About 1, 7% of almond cream, About 1% of mint, Lemon juice, Salt.
