Benedictine abbey style beer. Tripel made from Sicilian Biancolilla grains, dry figs and honey.
Dark blond colored and medium body, it has fruity scents and a sweet aftertaste due to the honey.
For whole meals, it matches well with aged cheeses and dry sweets such as biscuits with almonds and “cantucci”.
