Tuna bottarga – Testa – 100 gr

It’s been over 200 years since Testa’s ships have sailed in the Sicilian sea looking for red tuna and bluefish.
An ancient tradition made of strenght and effort, dedition and capacity to forecast the future such as the orizont, in which the experience and the passion are sent from generation to generation.
