“Innovation in the tradition”, is the philosophy of Giovanni Cicero, artisan entrepeneur of the company.
A project inspired to the history of the family, which has made the carob and the chocolate a job which aims to build its identity.
The products tell about the town and its history, moving from the popular craftship to the new techniques of work.

Vanilla is a spice with an hot and intense aroma with a light fruity flavor of prune, whereas cinnamon has a strong and sometimes intense aroma.
